TLC has locations in Albuquerque, and Santa Fe, New Mexico. Our career opportunities listed below have the location next to the job title. We are hiring for a wide range of capabilities at both of our locations.

Meet Our Hiring Team

We offer “Open Door Interviews” to meet with applicants & job seekers. Interviews will be held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:00am – 6:30am or 9:00am – 9:30am where you can meet our Hiring Team and get to know us in our main lobby. We will be taking necessary COVID-19 precautions to ensure the safety for you and our staff. Come by our office at 5000 Edith Blvd NE during the dates and times above.

TLC Plumbing and Utility has an active training department that provides job skill training to our employees. We train our field employees in the fundamental safety trainings such as OSHA 10 or OSHA 30, GHS Hazardous Communication, Competent Person, Confined Space, CPR/First Aid Safety and OSHA related weekly toolbox talks. We also offer an array of skill training opportunities that will range through administrative skills, technical skills, and job-specific skills that are pertinent to an employee’s job responsibilities. These training opportunities are taught in-house through the training department or by qualified third-party trainers.
